SHIPMENTS
Inspection: Please inspect your shipment for completeness and damages prior to signing the carrier’s shipping acknowledgements. Report any shortages or damages immediately to the carrier. Note the damages and shortages on the Bill of Lading, and call your My Gym Floor Customer Service Sales Representative.
RETURN POLICY
Authorization: Written authorization must be obtained within 30 days of shipment for all return material (RMA) requests. Complete our feedback form to initiate your return, or call us toll free at 888-My-Gym-88 (888-694-9688) and we'll provide you with instructions for your return.
Damaged Products: Damaged materials will receive a full exchange or refund, including freight.
Non-Defective Material: Any My Gym Floor product may be returned unused and in its original packaging for any reason for up to 30 days from the date of shipping for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all freight charges incurred for returns.
Limitations on Returns: Minimum order quantity for return: $100.00 (excluding freight). Due to potential temperature-related damage during product storage and transit, our My Gym Floor Cleaning Products are non-refundable. Tiles run to order are typically not kept in stock and may not be returnable. Custom or oversized runs of tile may not be refundable. Off-spec tiles are sold as is and are not refundable.
Expiration: Any material received after 30 days of the Return Material Authorization date of issue will be considered invalid and the material will be refused. All returned material will be inspected by Quality Assurance for damages. Credit will not be issued for damaged material.
WARRANTIES
My Gym Floor stands on its reputation for providing the highest quality athletic flooring you can find. My Gym Floor warrants all products to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for the durations listed here. In the unlikely event that the product should fail under normal conditions when properly installed and used for the purpose intended, as a result of a defect in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. We will not be responsible for any installation cost involved with the replacement. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damage under this warranty or any other warranty, expressed or implied. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, alterations, accident, neglect, normal or unreasonable wear or tear, or other cause not arising out of a manufacturing defect
Our products come with the following warranties against product failure or deterioration due to defects in material and workmanship.
